Bethlehem, PA – September 17, 2025 – Strahman Group, a division of FCH, is excited to announce the official acquisition of GEMCO Valve, which took place on August 13, 2025. This partnership represents a significant milestone in Strahman’s ongoing commitment to providing superior service and innovative solutions to our customers.

The integration of GEMCO Valve into the Strahman family enhances the ability to serve customers with high-quality, customized solutions tailored to meet their unique application challenges for powders, dry bulk materials and slurries. GEMCO’s long-standing reputation for product innovation aligns perfectly with Strahman’s mission to deliver reliable and effective solutions across various industries.
Seamless Transition and Continued Excellence
GEMCO Valve will maintain operations at its Middlesex, NJ facility until early 2026, when manufacturing will transition to Strahman’s ISO-9001 certified, 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Bethlehem, PA. This move will both streamline operations and expand Strahman’s manufacturing capabilities, ensuring that customers continue to receive the exceptional service and support they expect.

With Strahman’s established history of quality and reliability since 1921, we are confident that the addition of GEMCO Valve will enhance our existing product offerings, including washdown equipment, sample and drain process valves, and BI-TORQ valve automation.
